Contact Centre Representative

Job Description

This position involves working in an inbound call centre, primarily providing services and sales support for the Malaysia and Singapore markets. Additionally, handling inbound calls related to services and complaints for Australia and Bermuda.

Technical Requirements

• Proficient in speaking Mandarin and English.
• Able to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays if assigned. The shift schedule will be fixed every 3 months with a 24-hour rotation and 11 gazetted public holidays.
• Work 5 days per week with 2 consecutive rest days, which can be on weekends or weekdays.
• Comfortable speaking with and assisting both local and international customers from Singapore, Australia, and Bermuda.
