Cititel Express Ipoh is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, ensuring the protection of our assets and employees. This is a full-time position that requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

Patrolling the premises and monitoring the facility for any suspicious activity or potential security breaches

Controlling and monitoring access to the premises, including the screening of visitors and employees

Responding to emergency situations and liaising with the relevant authorities as required

Maintaining detailed records and logs of all security-related incidents and activities

Providing excellent customer service to all visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a security.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain vigilant and alert during long shifts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals

A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected situation.
