Business Analyst – T, Beyondsoft Singapore
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives; conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements; analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Solution Design and Documentation : Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications; work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs; create use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.
- Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and project managers; manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle; provide regular updates and reports on project progress and challenges.
- Testing and Quality Assurance : Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and scenarios; participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements; identify and resolve defects or issues during the testing phase.
- Change Management and Training (if applicable) : Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions; assist in the adoption of new systems and processes by providing post‑implementation support; address user concerns and feedback to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related discipline.Minimum 4 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in enterprise or insurance‑related projects.At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in insurance claims.Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.Exposure to project management activities and ability to assist Project Managers as needed.Willingness to travel to client sites based on project needs.Proficient in Thai and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (D365 CRM) is preferred but not mandatory.Prior experience working in regional or cross‑border projects will be an advantage.Beyondsoft (Malaysia) Sdn.
