Engineering Officer

Jobs Responsibilities :

• Responsible to follow up mould trials on new development & internal evaluation.
• Prepare and conduct reliability testing & report.
• Responsible for new printing development.
• Measurement joint check with QC whenever required.
• Arrangement on tooling flow – In & Out.
• Prepare & update Product Profile, SOP & Master Parameter.
• Control and maintain an External Document – Customer drawings & specification.
• Create & maintain MM & BOM in SAP system.
• Issuance of PR & maintain record.
• Sample preparation for customer.
• Prepare tooling breakdown report to customer.
• Create & maintain mould history record.
• Prepare summary of mould breakdown reports.
• Prepare KPI report.
• Prepare test request and follow up with planner.
• Update & maintain mould list.
• To liaise with TCD & Warehouse department for arrangement of sample shipment.
• To comply with all statutory laws, OSH, QMS and in house rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at workplace
• To perform any others duties as assigned by superior.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
