Cognition Learning Group is seeking a Project Management and Mobilisation Office Support to join our programme delivery team to support delivery and implementation of project activities with the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development (MEHRD) in the Solomon Islands.
T he PMMO Support will support all aspects of our programme delivery in accordance with agreed work plans of the programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that robust project management processes and procedures are implemented and continuously improved.
- Ensuring the project plan is adhered to, supporting milestones and KPI achievement.
- Working with programme stakeholders to develop programme collateral for use through appropriate marketing channels.
- To act as the main point of contact for providers and stakeholders who are interested in our programmes and offering advice and guidance on how we can support them.
- Maintain relationships to promote Cognition’s vision and values with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the Programme Management team where appropriate.
- Supporting programme activity by completing administrative tasks as required.
- Other tasks in addition to those listed above as negotiated with your manager.
