Job descriptionCandidate must possess minimum SPM qualification, Diploma, Professional Certificate. Candidate with experience in sales, retail line and admin experience will be preferred. At least 5 years retail industry experience with 3 years managerial capacities in leading a team Able to work on weekend / Alternate weekend Required languages : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with associates. Strong experience in managing a branch's daily operations. Possess good leadership with people management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Positive disposition with a passion for retail industry. Location : Mayang Mall, Terengganu
Job Description
- Accountable for overall branch sales achievement and profitability
- Planning and implementing overall branch retail sales & operations strategy , setting team goals and directions in order to achieve sales performance
- Able to handle and manage branch's daily operations according to the company policy and SOP
- Manage sales performance of all branch staff to meet KPI set
- Involve in soliciting for retail business, maintaining good rapport with customers, prospects, staff and business partners
- Supervise, train and develop branch staff to improve their competency
- Build and foster strong teamwork and working relationship among all branch personnel
- Ensure branch setup and display is following the Retail Guide
- To attended to customer selling floor whenever required
