Job descriptionAttend to sales enquiries, including telephone enquiries, walk-in customer by providing information of the products to promote the company's service with the objective to achieve sales target. Validate customer information and needs. Manage social media channels and online communities, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
