Lead the Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with accounting standards. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits. Manage and mentor a team to ensure high performance and professional growth. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting. Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements. The Successful Applicant

strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be an advantage. Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with a focus on improving processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
