Implementation Consultant – Drive FinTech Transformation Across Asia

As an Implementation Consultant, you are the trusted expert guiding financial institutions through the adoption of transformative treasury and investment software. You won’t just deploy and install client solutions — you’ll help to architect smarter workflows, solve complex problems, and shape how finance teams operate across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Translate client business requirements into effective software configurations and implementations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software and reporting issues during deployment phases.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure client teams are confident and capable.
• Collaborate across development, product, and support teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Propose functional enhancements based on hands-on client experience and market trends.
• Track and resolve implementation tickets through helpdesk systems.
• Leverage AI tools for triage, drafts, and root-cause suggestions while safeguarding client data.
• Maintain a small prompt library (triage, RCA, client update) and improve it monthly with outcome notes.
