Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR working experience.
- Familiarity with HRDC portal and HR software systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.Support recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.Coordinate and register training and development programs via HRDC portal.Maintain proper filing systems and organize employee records and personal folders.Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide accurate HR information.Utilize Info-Tech or similar HR software for HR data.Prepare and send internal communications such as holiday notices, announcements, memos, etc.Scan and manage documents as instructed by the HR Manager.Ensure all HR files and records are updated and maintained accurately.Issue HR related documents or letters when required.Provide general support and assistance to the HR Manager as needed.Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.Benefits
