Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR working experience.
  • Familiarity with HRDC portal and HR software systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Coordinate and register training and development programs via HRDC portal.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and organize employee records and personal folders.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide accurate HR information.
  • Utilize Info-Tech or similar HR software for HR data.
  • Prepare and send internal communications such as holiday notices, announcements, memos, etc.
  • Scan and manage documents as instructed by the HR Manager.
  • Ensure all HR files and records are updated and maintained accurately.
  • Issue HR related documents or letters when required.
  • Provide general support and assistance to the HR Manager as needed.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.
