Job descriptionDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. 1-2 years of experience in live stream operations, social media, or e-commerce platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Deep interest in live-streaming e-commerce with a commitment to long-term industry growth. Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to train and guide junior team members. Prepare live-stream setups (equipment, product placement, studio layout, OBS, promotions, etc.). Assist hosts during live sessions by managing the console (pinning products, handling inventory, moderating comments). Engage with viewers, reply to comments, and maintain a lively broadcast atmosphere. Monitor data changes and provide real-time prompts to hosts. Troubleshoot technical issues (device / network failures) during live sessions. Record key performance data and assist in post-live reviews with the team. Analyze live-stream data to identify trends and optimize sales performance. Develop and refine live broadcast schedules, scripts, and promotional activities. Lead large-scale brand live-streaming events on TikTok and other platforms. Train and coach live hosts on sales techniques, product knowledge, and audience engagement. Conduct competitor analysis and implement best practices to enhance performance. Strategize and execute plans to meet sales targets. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
