Job descriptionResearch market trends and identify relevant training topics aligned with HRDF requirements and industry demand. Design and develop course outlines, learning objectives, and program flow. Source, evaluate, and liaise with potential trainers, speakers, and subject matter experts. Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare program content for promotion (brochures, website, social media). Manage the full production timeline — from concept creation to post-event evaluation. Ensure compliance with HRDF standards and training claim guidelines. Monitor participant feedback and trainer performance for continuous program improvement. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth event logistics and participant experience.
