Job description

Tracking and Recording : Maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including quantity, price and location.

Inventory Control : Maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Cycle Counts and Audits : Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy. Investigate on inventory variances.

Inventory Receiving / Outgoing : Managing the process of receiving and outgoing shipments and ensuring accuracy. May be involved in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.

Demand Forecasting : Analysing historical data and trends to predict future demand, optimize inventory levels and storage.

Inventory Reports : Generating reports on inventory levels, stockouts, inventory variance, stock aging and other relevant metrics.

Any other duties as required by the Head of Department.
