Regional Commercial Finance Business Partner

Role scope includes the following (but not limited to) :

1) Business Partnering

• Drive monthly BU P&L dialogue with Regional BU leaders and Country FBP across 6 SEA countries
• Partner with Regional BU leaders in driving business growth and co-create value for the business.
• Collaborate with the Platform Governance team to co-design robust platform policies and processes that align with company strategy, are practical, and financially sustainable.
• Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial topics
• Work across locations and, if needed, functionality to ensure that plans are integrated
• Establish and monitor KPI for the BU across the region
• Understand key business drivers, identifying trends, areas of opportunity and provide recommendations / solutions for both topline and bottom-line improvement.
• Produce robust forecasts that achieve business objectives
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and actuals for SEA region
• Partner with Regional Finance Controllership team on P&L and B / S management
