Technical Sales Specialist / Product Specialist

Job Description of Technical Sales Specialist
Responsible for business development activities within assigned territories.
Manage and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers to identify new opportunities.
Achieving monthly sales targets by servicing existing customers and developing new customers.
Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize market and wallet share.
Presales and post sales follow up
Achieving and exceeding quarterly KPIs
Account analysis
Monitor market trends and provide input on latest competitor feedback.
To become point of contact between company and customers
Work closely with sales and marketing team members for excellent market connectivity and coverage.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales working experience in the related field
Degree in chemistry / chemical engineering / biotechnology option in business / marketing is a plus.
Good track record in key account management, ideally within the same industry.
Highly goal oriented, self-discipline, team player, independent, and hands-on problem solver.
Good in communication and interpersonal skills. Malay and English are minimum.
Must possess own vehicles
