Job description

Patient Folder Management : Organize and maintain patient records in the venesection room.

Front Desk Support : Greet and check in patients at the MCC (Medical Check-Up Centre).

Supplies Coordination : Issue urine bottles and other diagnostic materials to patients.

Administrative Tasks : Assist with data entry, appointment scheduling, and filing.

Compliance : Adhere to patient confidentiality protocols (PDPA) and safety guidelines.

Job Requirement

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Healthcare
Prior admin / clerical work preferred (healthcare settings ideal)
Flexible working hours
On-job training will be provided
