Payroll & Compensation
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage monthly salary payments, overtime claims, allowances, and deductions.
- Prepare and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD levy) in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee salary records, attendance, and leave databases.
- Liaise with Finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee personal files and HRIS system.Prepare HR-related letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, and warning letters.Support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews.Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.Performance & Employee Relations
Assist in performance appraisal administration and performance data compilation.Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.Support engagement initiatives and HR development programs to foster a positive work culture.Reporting & Analysis
