Recruitment Specialist

to join our

International Recruitment team

and manage recruitment activities in key regions such as Southeast Asia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Europe, India, South Korea, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Your work will cover all departments, including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Technical Support, and HR. Main responsibilities : Quickly fill vacancies and work in a dynamic environment where time is of the essence. Conduct analytical reviews of labor markets in different regions and develop talent search strategies. Participate in key team projects, such as training sessions for hiring managers on conducting interviews, candidate experience (cNPS) improvement, nurturing and more. Constantly interact with different cultures and markets allowing you to expand your knowledge and skills in international recruitment. We are looking for someone who : Is fluent in English and Chinese. Has experience in recruitment and can fill vacancies quickly and efficiently. Is confident working with analytics and data, can draw conclusions and propose solutions based on them. Is ready for a variety of tasks and projects and can successfully interact with international teams.
