Job descriptionAssists in handling full set of accounts. Familiar in AR & AP procedures and data entries. Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations. Prepare of electronic fund transfer and payment to vendor. Work closely with different departments as part of the process. Responsible to handle yearly audit and tax query. Perform ad-hoc work assigned by HOD
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess minimally a related accounting certification.
- At least 3 year of working experience in accounting or administrative related capacity.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Possess knowledge of SQL Account would be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, responsible, good initiatives, and a team player.
