Overview

Compliance Specialist role at MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) / Offshore Frontier Solutions. We are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia. Responsibilities

Manage Vendor Approval Requests : be the first point of contact to receive, attend to and respond to all Vendor Approval Requests. Supervise junior team members to achieve timely and accurate responses to all Vendor Approval Requests. Analyse and independently assess search results, data and information, and make recommendations to senior management on potential red flags on search subjects. Review policies and procedures from time to time to improve the Vendor Approval Requests process. Provide reports and attend ad hoc meetings or requests for inputs or support as needed. Organise and maintain the accuracy of the Compliance database. Training : Assist the Compliance Manager to develop or update training materials. Supervise junior team members in maintaining user profiles for employees and contracted personnel and ensure timely submission of reports. Lead and support the achievement of high completion rates for all training. Qualifications / Seniority
