Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and arrange incoming materials, ensuring proper documentation and confirmation.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and stock level tracking.
- Support production lines by ensuring timely supply of consumables and inventory items.
- Implement and maintain FIFO practices for warehouse goods.
- Collaborate with IQA for sampling and inspection of incoming materials.
- Maintain organized filing systems for receiving documents.
- Uphold 5S housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work closely with the logistics team to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Provide training and support to warehouse personnel as needed.
