Warehouse Officer

Job Description

• Receive, inspect, and arrange incoming materials, ensuring proper documentation and confirmation.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and stock level tracking.
• Support production lines by ensuring timely supply of consumables and inventory items.
• Implement and maintain FIFO practices for warehouse goods.
• Collaborate with IQA for sampling and inspection of incoming materials.
• Maintain organized filing systems for receiving documents.
• Uphold 5S housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work closely with the logistics team to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Provide training and support to warehouse personnel as needed.
