Overview

We are seeking a professional Accounts Executive to support scalable financial operations and internal controls during our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and oversee full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly management accounts and financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and record-keeping.
  • Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, inventories, accruals and bank, treasury and banking facilities.
  • Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of financial records.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and other regulatory authorities for audit, taxation, and financial matters.
  • Performs any other ad-hoc assignment or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Credentials : Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related fields is imperative.
  • Technical Expertise : Proficiency in accounting software is essential, with a specific preference for AutoCount.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, particularly Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is highly desirable.
  • Professional Experience : 1-2 years of related accounting experience in handling a full set of accounts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in audit is an added advantage.
  • Personality and Professional Traits : Self-motivated, reliable, mature, and with integrity. A keen willingness to learn, grow, and evolve with the company is pivotal.

    Monthly salary :

  • Accounts Executive (RM3,000 - RM5,000 monthly)

    • Note : Salary offered takes into consideration your skills, past experiences and potential contributions.

    Working Hours

    Monday-Friday (9 : 30am-6 : 30pm)

    T01 & T02, 3rd Floor, Atria Shopping Gallery, Jalan SS 22 / 23, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
