Job descriptionMinimum Diploma / Degree in Finance or Accountancy Minimum 1-2 years working experience in a fully computerized accounting system environment Experience in SAP is a plus, proficiency in MS-excel Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill Working Days : Mon - Fri (8 : 30AM to 5 : 30AM) 13-month contractual bonus, Annual Leaves (14 days ) , Medical Leaves, Outpatient claims provided Probation 6 months
Company Background :
Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with global presence, looking for Accounts Executive to join their team, based at Taman Perindustrian UEP, Subang Jaya .
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the processing of account receivable, credit control, accounts payable, expense claim reimbursement, bank reconciliation and general accounting
- Assist in internal control, cost allocation, tax reporting, book closing and group reporting
- Support in financial analysis, forecast and budgeting
- Supporting the HR function
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required
