Job Description
Develop and implement consistent compensation policies aligned with business goals and local cultures across APAC countries.Conduct market research, compensation surveys, job evaluations, and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures in the region.Manage and promote employee benefits programs, ensuring equity and consistency across South East Asia.Serve as a strategic advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on global mobility policies, providing data-driven insights and leading key HR projects.The Successful Applicant
Minimum 7 years of experience in regional total rewards, preferably within APAC region and multinational corporationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong business acumen and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environmentDetail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in MS ExcelExcellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindsetWhat's on Offer
