Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Identification : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the injection molding and contract manufacturing sectors to expand our client base.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the manufacturing industry to inform business development strategies.
• Proposal Development : Prepare and present detailed quotation, business proposals or presentations to prospective clients.
• Inquiry Responsiveness : Respond and assist with general inquiries from clients and propose for effective solutions.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the project team, production, and other departments to align business development efforts with company goals and customer requirements.
• Negotiation : Negotiate contracts, agreements and quotations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Performance Analysis : Track and analyze business development activities using key metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Event Participation : Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
• Reporting : Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance to management.
