Qualifications and experience -Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Tasks and responsibilities -Assist in managing and updating product listings in the e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing and inventory level. -Assist with the processing of online orders, including order tracking, customer communication, and coordinating with the warehouse team. -Provide assistance to the customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. -Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and logistics, to ensure a cohesive and efficient e-commerce operation. • Open to all final year students / Graduates with no experience. -Excellent collaborator and communicator with experience working closely with cross-functional teams -Positive Attitude -Passion in learning e-commerce -Proficiency in GoogleSheets and Microsoft Excel, highly capable of utilizing intermediate-advanced functions (VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.) -Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
