TECHNICIAN - CASTING

JOB PRINCIPLE

To lead the take-up of current mass production part that produce in Casting related with Engineering issues such as parameter troubleshooting and servicing. Total processes should meet the standards of quality, productivity and supply continuity requirement.

JOB SCOPE

To support senior technician and other technician on troubleshooting activities.
To do and support casting machine parameter setting.
To support troubleshooting activities that running production.
To support Production Engineering and Operation team in Engineering study and analysis for any engineering issues related with casting defect.
To contribute on improvement for casting process.
To involve in New mould trial, trial at dies maker, Home line trial and others trial related with casting mould.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a SKM / Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

1 - 2 years experiences in any relevant field.

Ability to communicate and written in English & Malay language.

Ability to work with various type of person. (Senior, Junior, local & foreign)

Able to multi-task and adapt with face-paced environment.

Able to work in shift.

JOB BENEFITS

Elaun Shift - sehari (siang RM 2.80, malam RM 5.50)

Elaun Shift sekiranya OT - sehari (siang RM 3.50, malam RM 7.00)

Elaun OT (mengikut kadar piawaian Akta Kerja 1955)

Elaun Makanan - sehari (OT atas 2jam = RM 4.00)

Elaun Makanan - sehari (OT atas 4jam = RM 8.00)

Elaun Dobi - sehari (RM 1.00)

Subsidi Makanan - sehari (RM 3.50)

Medical seperti Klinik, Hospital & Pergigian ditanggung mengikut entitlement (termasuk isteri dan anak)

Uniform & PPE disediakan setiap tahun

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
