Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Engineering Technician to support the management and execution of electromechanical and HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site coordination, technical oversight, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on project experience, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and coordination for electromechanical and HVAC projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress, quality, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to guide field operations.
• Utilize AutoCAD to review, mark up, or create technical drawings as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and compliance records using Office software.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments.
