Responsible for installing, inspecting, and testing electrical and mechanical components according to plans, technical drawings, and process requirements. Diagnose and resolve equipment faults, configure and debug electrical control systems, and ensure timely delivery of production orders in line with project schedules and quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Install, inspect, and test electrical and mechanical equipment, wiring, and circuits according to technical drawings and process requirements.
- Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults to ensure systems operate safely and reliably.
- Configure, debug, and verify the performance of electrical control systems and assemblies.
- Perform assembly tasks according to plans, work instructions, and process documents, including fastening, fitting, or bonding components.
- Inspect assembled parts using measuring tools to ensure dimensional and quality compliance.
- Report defects or assembly issues promptly and assist in problem-solving.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area while implementing 6S activities.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Participate in process improvement activities, training, and continuous skill enhancement.
