Job Description

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

The Assembly Operator performs complex assembly using machinery, tools and equipment. The role includes following detailed instructions and conducting standard quality control (QC) testing.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• CXS

Perform machine assembly (wiring, generator, detector).

Perform inner assembly process for all models of generator (material preparation & jumper, tube & cap assembly, sub-inner assembly, inner assembly & inspection).

Perform assembly process for all IMS products (wash & bake, swab assembly, pen assembly, token assembly, condenser assembly, calibrant assembly, reactant assembly, membrane assembly).

Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and quality protocols.

You are authorized to act within the jurisdiction and capacity in your job scope to deliver the results / output expected of your job function.
