Head of Global Supply Chain (eCommerce)

Remote (based in Malaysia) | Full-time | 10,000 - 15,000 MYR / month

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Global Supply Chain (eCommerce) to own and optimise our multi‑country supply chain operations for a fast‑growing wellness brand.

This role requires someone with proven expertise in international procurement, MRP / ERP systems, and multi‑site production coordination.

You’ll manage suppliers across Japan and China, coordinate manufacturing in multiple countries, and ensure seamless distribution to warehouses in the US, Australia and Singapore.

Who this role is NOT for :

• Your written English is not business‑professional level for international supplier communication
• Your supply chain experience is limited to placing orders without using ERP systems
• You haven’t independently managed demand forecasting and production capacity planning
• You’ve only managed domestic suppliers or worked within a single country
• You’ve never worked in a company that handles E‑commerce or Amazon

Remuneration : ~ 10k - 15k MYR per month (may vary based on experience)

Commitment : Full‑time (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm)
