Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of proven experience as a translator / interpreter (English Indonesian). Strong knowledge of ISO standards terminology (particularly management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). Excellent command of both English and Indonesian (written and spoken). Ability to handle simultaneous or consecutive interpretation in a professional training environment. Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity. Ability to work on a freelance / project basis with flexibility in scheduling. Prior experience interpreting for ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor training. Familiarity with technical and compliance-related vocabulary. Certification in translation / interpretation (if available). Professional development
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide interpretation during ISO Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor training sessions.
- Translate training materials, manuals, presentations, and handouts from English to Indonesian with precision and clarity.
- Ensure translations remain consistent with ISO terminology and technical accuracy.
- Support trainers and participants by clarifying technical terms and concepts in the appropriate language.
- Maintain confidentiality of all training content and client information.
- Coordinate with trainers to prepare terminology lists and key references before training sessions.
