Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide interpretation during ISO Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor training sessions.
  • Translate training materials, manuals, presentations, and handouts from English to Indonesian with precision and clarity.
  • Ensure translations remain consistent with ISO terminology and technical accuracy.
  • Support trainers and participants by clarifying technical terms and concepts in the appropriate language.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all training content and client information.
  • Coordinate with trainers to prepare terminology lists and key references before training sessions.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a translator / interpreter (English Indonesian).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards terminology (particularly management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
  • Excellent command of both English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
  • Ability to handle simultaneous or consecutive interpretation in a professional training environment.
  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work on a freelance / project basis with flexibility in scheduling.

    • Preferred Qualifications (Optional) :

  • Prior experience interpreting for ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor training.
  • Familiarity with technical and compliance-related vocabulary.
  • Certification in translation / interpretation (if available).
