Job description

Responsibilities

Design and execute HR initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives to drive sustainable growth
Build and enhance hiring strategies to scale our teams effectively in line with market demands
Oversee all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring efficiency and a positive employee experience
Ensure all HR practices meet Malaysian labor laws and align with company policies
Plan and manage the HR budget to effectively support strategic initiatives
Lead, mentor, and grow the HR team, encouraging collaboration and professional development

Requirements

Proven HR leadership with experience in strategy, team building, and organisational efficiency

Strong expertise in HR processes, compliance, and industry best practices

Skilled in HRM systems, Compensation & Benefits, and budget management

Excellent command of English for professional communication
