Lead end-to-end project implementation : gathering requirements, designing solutions, preparing documentation, and testing Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resources, budgets, schedules, and timelines Work closely with clients to shape business strategies and project phases Oversee daily project execution, ensuring scope, timeline, change, and quality are tightly managed Hold project kick-offs, status meetings, and management presentations Review, sign off, and deliver high-quality project documentation Proactively manage risks, escalate issues early, and maintain clear team communication Build and sustain strong customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications

Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related IT discipline ( MBA

preferred) Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in

IT consultancies, GLCS, or public sector implementations Banking, consulting, or vendor environment exposure is a strong plus. Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Skilled negotiator with strong interpersonal and customer-facing abilities Seniority level
