Analyse customer site challenges, including cleanroom constraints and regulatory compliance needs.
Propose aseptic machinery and line configurations that align with GMP and customer expectations.
Support the Sales Director in finalizing tailored offers involving aseptic filling lines, isolators, and related equipment.
Main Tasks
- Analyze customer specifications, especially for aseptic processing, and complete detailed specification sheets.
- Select suppliers and propose technical solutions for aseptic machinery such as filling lines, isolators, or Blow-Fill-Seal systems.
- Prepare technical offers and accurate budgetary proposals.
- Review customer’s requirement specifications and build deviation / risk lists specific to sterile processing environments.
- Present technical aseptic solutions to customers, including live presentations or on-site discussions.
- Work closely with technical teams and management to validate complex solutions involving aseptic design principles.
- Upon sale, lead the project transition with the Project Team, ensuring smooth handover and alignment on the aseptic solution sold.
- To prepare and validate technical offers involving aseptic lines.
- Act as the key point of contact for all pre-sales activities once an opportunity is identified.
- Conduct site visits to understand production layout, cleanroom classifications, and customer constraints for aseptic machine integration.
- Deliver technical presentations or layout walkthroughs to stakeholders when required.
- Support the Project and Engineering teams in preparing line quotes during peak workloads.
- Ensure that all aseptic lines quoted are technically validated before being submitted to the client.

Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Pharmaceutical, Process, or equivalent); Sales, Business Administration is a plus.Prior experience in a pre-sales or application engineering role in the pharmaceutical equipment or aseptic machinery industry.Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing processes, cleanroom classifications, and related regulatory requirements.Ability to read and interpret mechanical layouts, and cleanroom zoning schematics.Innovative problem solver with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.Strong collaboration skills to build trust across departments and customer organizations.Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness.Able to work under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a strong advantage. Other Asian languages are a plus.Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to customer sites and equipment suppliers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
