Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical sector.
- Promote and sell medical equipment products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations and quotations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Service & Maintenance
Provide on‑site installation, commissioning and maintenance services for medical equipment.Perform regular preventive maintenance and repairs of medical devices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to medical equipment.Train healthcare professionals on the use of medical equipment.Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and procedures.Customer Support
Provide exceptional after‑sales support, addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly.Offer guidance and technical assistance to customers.Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.Previous experience in sales and / or service of medical equipment is preferred.Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Customer‑orientated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.Willingness to travel for on‑site installations and servicing.Valid driver's licence and ability to travel frequently and on short notice.Possess own transport.Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical regulations.Knowledge of medical equipment troubleshooting and repair techniques.Fluency in Malay and English.Benefits
