Job description

This job is a Product Specialist for medical devices, supporting surgeons during surgeries and training them on products. You might like this job because it offers flexible hours, allows you to build relationships, and involves analyzing market trends.

In-theatre product support & case coverage; demos and training
Build clinician relationships; provide post-sales support
Analyze market trends; execute sales plans to meet targets
Work independently with flexible hours to match surgeon schedules
Reporting, CRM upkeep, and cross-team coordination

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Experience in sales / customer service (medical / healthcare preferred)

Skilled in product training and clinical support

Degree in healthcare / biomedical / business / marketing (or equivalent)

Independent and team player; flexible hours for case coverage

Comfortable in Operating Theatre environments

Own transport & valid driver’s license; willing to travel within Malaysia
