Job description

Requirements

  • SPM / high school qualification or above
  • No experience required; training will be provided (candidates with customer service or chat support experience are preferred)
  • Basic written communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Fast typing speed, responsible, and good communication skills
  • Able to use basic office software (Word, Excel)
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly through chat platforms or messaging tools
  • Assist customers in checking orders, delivery status, and after-sales matters
  • Record and organize customer feedback in the system
  • Handle simple document tasks and data entry
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor
