Requirements
- SPM / high school qualification or above
- No experience required; training will be provided (candidates with customer service or chat support experience are preferred)
- Basic written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Fast typing speed, responsible, and good communication skills
- Able to use basic office software (Word, Excel)
- Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred
