Job Description :
- Manage full set of payroll functions, including but not limited to overtime payment, claims, incentives, allowance and other approve payments.
- Prepare monthly reports
- Filing of IR21 and annual IR8A
- Review employee status changes and ensure correct data entry into the payroll system
- Manage the claim and reimbursement process for Government-Paid Leave
- Support the HR team in the implementation of policies and program
- Knowledge in Infotech
- Training will be provided
