This role is ideal for someone passionate about trade marketing, shopper insights, and driving execution excellence in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

You’ll be the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring promotional strategies are executed effectively and aligned with business goals.

• Key Responsibilities
• Product & Data Analysis (40%)
• : Analyze market share and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Promotion Management (30%)
• : Plan and execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
• POSM Management (30%)
• : Oversee point-of-sale materials and ensure timely deployment.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive shopper-focused initiatives.
• Campaign Execution
• : Support special packs, new product development (NPD), and annual campaign rollouts.
• Requirements :
• Education
• : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience
• : Minimum 1 year in FMCG, with at least 60% in trade marketing operations and 40% in planning.
• Skills
• Strong analytical and execution capabilities.
• High interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Nielsen data is a plus.
• Languages
• : Proficient in English.
• Preferred Attributes
• Experience in sales or customer marketing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
