Community Organizer

MUDA is a youth-led multi-racial political party in Malaysia founded by the former Minister of Youth and Sports, Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman. The party aims to fill the gap in the market for a strong policy-focused political entity.

Role Description

This is a volunteer role as a Community Organizer at Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (MUDA). The Community Organizer will be responsible for community engagement, communication, event planning, community outreach, and community organizing. This is a hybrid role, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Community Engagement, Community Outreach, and Community Organizing skills
• Event Planning expertise
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in political or community organizing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for youth empowerment and social change
