KELAYAKAN

Diploma / Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Sumber Manusia, Psikologi, Pentadbiran Perniagaan, atau setara.
Minimum 2–3 tahun pengalaman kerja HR, termasuk sekurang-kurangnya pengalaman dalam recruiting & talent acquisition.
Pengetahuan mendalam tentang Akta Kerja 1955, Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan, Akta KWSP, SOCSO, HRDF.
Berkemahiran dalam sistem HRIS / ATS (Applicant Tracking System) dan mahir guna platform job portal & iklan digital.
Kemahiran interpersonal, komunikasi, dan negotiation yang tinggi.
Mempunyai pengalaman dalam strategic workforce planning & HR policy development.

SKOP TUGASAN

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (Fokus Utama)

Merancang strategi recruitment tahunan mengikut keperluan syarikat.

Mengurus iklan jawatan kosong di portal kerja, media sosial & saluran lain.

Menjalankan proses shortlist, interview, dan penilaian calon bersama BOD / manager.

Menjalin kerjasama dengan universiti / IPTS untuk pipeline internship & fresh graduates.

Memastikan proses onboarding staf baru berjalan sistematik.

HR Policy & Compliance

Membentuk & mengemas kini polisi HR mengikut undang-undang buruh Malaysia.

Memastikan syarikat patuh kepada EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, dan akta pekerjaan.

Menyediakan & menyimpan dokumen HR secara sistematik (surat lantikan, kontrak, memo).

Performance Management

Menetapkan & memantau KPI staf mengikut jabatan.

Menyelia proses penilaian prestasi tahunan & cadangan kenaikan pangkat / gaji.

Menyediakan laporan prestasi pekerja untuk BOD.

Training & Development

Merancang latihan dalaman / luaran mengikut keperluan syarikat.

Mengurus program HRDF claim untuk latihan.

Membina modul leadership, sales, dan compliance untuk pekerja.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Menjadi orang tengah antara pekerja & pengurusan untuk isu dalaman.

Menangani kes disiplin pekerja (contoh : surat tunjuk sebab, amaran).

Menganjurkan program kebajikan & engagement staff (contoh : Family Day, team building).

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : From RM2,000.00 per month
