Job description
  • Process online orders from e-Commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and official website.
  • Ensuring accurate product information, stock levels, and availability are updated to the Manager.
  • Handling order returns and exchanges.
  • Liaising with the e-commerce Manager to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting e-Commerce Manager during live sessions at e-Commerce platforms (if needed).
  • Supporting the execution of promotional events, sales, or launches on the e-commerce platform.
  • Ensuring compliance with e-commerce regulations, privacy policies, and terms of service.
  • Ensure the adherence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) involving the packaging process.
  • Ensure the safety at the workplace and proper packing handling.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
