Penerangan pekerjaanProcess online orders from e-Commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and official website. Ensuring accurate product information, stock levels, and availability are updated to the Manager. Handling order returns and exchanges. Liaising with the e-commerce Manager to ensure smooth operations. Assisting e-Commerce Manager during live sessions at e-Commerce platforms (if needed). Supporting the execution of promotional events, sales, or launches on the e-commerce platform. Ensuring compliance with e-commerce regulations, privacy policies, and terms of service. Ensure the adherence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) involving the packaging process. Ensure the safety at the workplace and proper packing handling.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
