Job Description

Responsible for daily linehaul management, performance monitoring, and team leadership to ensure efficient and reliable transportation services across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor end‑to‑end linehaul trips (inbound / outbound) to ensure on‑time departures and arrivals.
• Track trip delays, vehicle breakdowns, and route deviations; initiate timely escalation and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with insourced and outsourced fleet partners to ensure adequate truck and driver availability.
• Conduct performance reviews and enforce service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead investigations on operational incidents and recommend corrective actions.
