Job Description
- Ensure seamless coordination of global shipments, quotation preparation, and client satisfaction.
- Provide sales support by assisting with pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with overseas shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and trade regulators.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations and customer service(CS) processes to ensure the smooth execution of international shipments.
- Provide senior management with actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for continuous business growth.
- Develop and implement high-impact business strategies to expand international market presence
- Identity emerging markets and business opportunities through in-depth market and competitor analysis
- Negotiate high-value agency agreements and contracts to stregnthen global partnerships
- Represent the company in global conferences, trae shows, and industry networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relatedfield
At least 2-3 years of proven success in international logistics and freight forwarding, with strong experience in business development
Solid knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth, and achieving measurable results.
Open to international travel for business development and partner engagement
